1) E-books can't be returned so ALL SALES ARE FINAL

2) Download links are active for 7 days only. Make sure you download within that time frame.

3) Take care in choosing the right format. We offer three of the most used format, LIT, PDF, and HTML. We will not exchange one format for another.

Choose carefully before you buy.

4) Back up your Ebook on disk. Computers crash! Protect your investment.  Venus Press cannot resend Ebook that are lost.

5) If you have problems with downloads, please contact us at Admin@venuspress.com  or  Customerservice@venuspress.net  We would be glad to help in any way we can. Please send us order number, customer number, format of book bought, and book titles if you have it. Also make sure your email is typed correctly. Most all trouble comes from the buyer misspelling their email addresses.

Print Books

6) We offer print books. If you buy from our publishing house, we will discount the book. Also buy 5 books and get one free here at Venus Press only.

7) Individual sales are final.

8) Our books are also at Barnes & Noble.com, Amazon.com, Borders.com, Books-A-Million.com. We use Baker & Taylor and Ingram distributors. For booksellers and Libraries we do have return policies.
